Let’s begin by figuring out what’s holding you back: Is it the shame and guilt surrounding your food struggles? Is it the fear of losing control around food and ‘ruining’ the diets you put so much time and energy into? Or is it the voice in your head from your childhood saying “you need to lose weight?” Perhaps it’s all of the above. Well, you’re not alone — we’ve felt the exact same way.
You, your friends, your family, your children, and your future children deserve better than the toxic beliefs diet culture has ingrained in society. Our mission is to start with you — providing support as you rebel against diet culture, break free from harmful habits, and embrace the healthy & fulfilling life that was meant for you.
After struggling with disordered eating habits through my adolescence and young adult life, I discovered intuitive eating and worked to heal my relationship with food. Throughout the healing process, I was enraged to learn the harmful effects of diet culture on our society. It quickly became my mission to dismantle these toxic beliefs. I decided that making this my life’s work would be worthwhile — even if it would help just a few people.
Now, as a Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Eating Counselor, I do exactly that. Diet Culture Rebel® has changed more lives than I ever imagined possible. My entire heart is in this work — for me, for you, and for generations to come — so we can leave diet culture behind and focus on what matters most in this precious life we’ve been given.
As someone who has personally struggled with disordered eating, I’ve learned the importance of breaking free from diet culture. With 17 years of experience in healthcare, I decided to become a Registered Dietitian specializing in Intuitive Eating so I could help others make peace with food and experience food freedom. As a coach in the Diet Culture Rebel® group program, I get to do exactly that.
When I’m not supporting clients as they become intuitive eaters, I’m usually shuffling my kids from one sporting event to another, cozying up with a book, or enjoying time outside.
See you at our next coaching session, Rebel! I can’t wait to see how your life will transform because of it.

We provide a safe and judgment-free space to pursue a healthy relationship with food and our bodies. Doing this alone can feel isolating, but healing with each other encourages a connected and transformative experience.
