Use Your Insurance Benefits to Receive Nutrition Counseling

Does food feel like a constant battle—trapping you in a cycle that starts with restriction, spirals into obsessive thoughts and feelings of being out of control around food, and ends in guilt—only to start all over again? Being stuck in this cycle is not your fault. Diet culture taught you to ignore your body’s natural wisdom. But it’s time for something different.

Imagine a life where food no longer controls you, your body feels like home, and health isn’t tied to a number on the scale. That’s what we’re here to help you achieve through nutrition counseling—and we accept most insurance plans!

Diet Culture Rebel’s 1:1 nutrition counseling is your path to freedom from food guilt. Let’s check your insurance benefits so you can see if your plan will cover the cost of nutrition counseling.

how it works

Share your insurance information, and we’ll reach out to your insurance provider to see if your sessions will be covered. Most commercial health insurance plans cover visits with a dietitian at $0 out-of-pocket cost!

Book Your Initial Appointment

After sharing your insurance details, you’ll have the option to book your initial 90-minute appointment with a dietitian of your choice from the Diet Culture Rebel team.

While your insurance coverage hasn’t been confirmed yet, our schedule fills quickly, so we want to ensure you can reserve your spot. If your insurance doesn’t cover the session, we’ll notify you, and you can cancel the appointment at no cost.

Get Your Coverage Details

Our team will confirm your coverage within 24–48 business hours so you’ll know exactly what is covered and how many sessions you have available through your insurance coverage.

There’s no obligation—just a chance to see how we can help you in a way that is covered by your insurance benefits.

Spots are limited, so don’t wait—verify your benefits today and get started on your journey to food freedom!
