- 1 cup shredded or diced chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup halved grapes
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix together the chicken, celery, craisins, grapes and walnuts. Next add in Greek yogurt and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and use within 3-4 days.
