In this week’s episode, Bonnie is joined by Nader Armanios. Nader is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with comprehensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. Nader completed his Bachelors degree in Food and Dietetics Management at San Francisco State University and subsequently earned his Masters in Nutrition from California State University at Northridge with honors. He gained extensive experience working at leading healthcare institutions such as UCLA, Sutter Health, and Kaiser Permanente, treating patients with complex Eating Disorders. Wanting to create a bigger impact in the community, Nader entered the private practice realm focusing not just on Eating Disorders but also on chronic dieting and disordered eating. He strives to reinvent perspectives about nutrition through scientifically proven methods. Nader’s approach is tailored to each individual’s cultural differences, genetic makeup, and overall past life experiences.
