This program isn't about depriving yourself or going on another diet. It's about developing a new way of thinking about food, one that is gentle and respectful. You'll find that becoming an intuitive eater can free up mental space that used to be consumed with food.

As someone who has personally struggled with disordered eating, I’ve learned the importance of breaking free from diet culture. With 17 years of experience in healthcare, I decided to become a Registered Dietitian specializing in Intuitive Eating so I could help others make peace with food and experience food freedom. As a coach in the Diet Culture Rebel® program, I get to do exactly that. 

When I’m not supporting clients as they become intuitive eaters, I’m usually shuffling my kids from one sporting event to another, cozying up with a book, or enjoying time outside.

Frequently Asked Questions

Intuitive Eating Private Coaching is (3) months. Think about all of the years you’ve spent dieting, stuck in diet culture or struggling with your relationship with food. It’s only natural that it takes time to heal from that. 

You schedule your sessions on Angie’s calendar at your convenience. 

 Six (6) private coaching sessions via zoom, online self paced modules, and email support.

No, you will work with our staff dietitian, Angie, throughout private coaching. You will have access to online self-paced modules using the framework that Bonnie developed as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. 

On average, clients spend 1-3 hours a week utilizing sessions, practices learned in sessions, taking advantage of email support, and working through the self paced modules.  

Intuitive Eating Private Coaching with Senior Coach at Diet Culture Rebel & Registered Dietitian Angie Durham is $1,997 if paid in full for three (3) months. Monthly installments are available for 3 monthly payments of $700/month USD ($2,100 total) or 4 monthly payments of $525 ($2,100 total). All prices listed are USD.

This is not a weight loss program. The majority of our clients have spent years if not the most of their lives chasing weight loss which never served them or worked long term. For this reason, our clients find more success when the focus is not placed on weight loss. As a byproduct of healing one's relationship with food, we have seen clients gain weight, maintain their weight, or lose weight.

We do not take insurance.

This is a fear that diet culture has instilled in many people, making us believe that we are the reason why dieting hasn’t worked for us when in fact, it is the diets that haven’t worked for us. Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework and it is not a diet. In Intuitive Eating Private Coaching, you learn how to break away from the diet mentality that makes you believe you are a failure. Yes, it can be scary to invest in yourself, but you are worth it. Many of our clients say they embrace feelings from nervousness to excitement when they enroll in coaching.

Examples of what we measure include but are not limited to improvements in giving yourself unconditional permission to eat, eating for physical rather than emotional reasons, relying on your internal hunger & satiety cues to guide what and how much to eat, and eating for health. Many of our clients walk away with less food thoughts, freed up mental space, greater flexibility with food, rebuilt body-trust, no more binging, kinder self-talk & improved body image & sense of self-worth to name a few. 

You can continue working with Angie on a monthly basis after your three month program. 

If you have an active eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia, private coaching is not a good fit. With that being said, we’ve worked with many clients who have a history of an eating disorder, but are at a stable place in their relationship with food where they can benefit from private coaching.
