You'll have access to self-paced modules covering Bonnie’s framework that she created as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor to help you make peace with food, free up mental space that used to be consumed with food, and respect your body image.
As someone who has personally struggled with disordered eating, I’ve learned the importance of breaking free from diet culture. With 17 years of experience in healthcare, I decided to become a Registered Dietitian specializing in Intuitive Eating so I could help others make peace with food and experience food freedom. As a coach in the Diet Culture Rebel® program, I get to do exactly that.
When I’m not supporting clients as they become intuitive eaters, I’m usually shuffling my kids from one sporting event to another, cozying up with a book, or enjoying time outside.
