In this week’s episode, Bonnie goes solo to talk with you about what she learned from taking six months off of running.

She will touch on topics such as:

  • Finding peace with movement.
  • Improving your relationship with food and aligning your life with your values. Shows you what is important to you.
  • You get to choose how you want your relationship with movement to be!
  • Breaking the notion that movement = earned food
  • You do not have to be 100% ready to start making changes. You just need to start.
  • Rest days need to be prioritized just as much as movement.
