In this week’s episode, Bonnie is joined by Dr. Heather Finley. Dr. Heather Finley is a Registered Dietitian with a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition who specializes in gut health. Heather struggled with her own gut health issues for years and through her education and experience has developed a proven and tested 3 step framework for approaching gut health. Heather helps others find bloating, constipation, and anxiety relief so they can live a life without fear, anxiety, brain fog, bloat, and constipation!

They will touch on such topics as:

  • Restrictive dieting is never the answer
  • Stop blaming food
  • improving food fear
  • Navigating the misinformation on gut health
  • If you can train your muscles why not your gut
  • First steps to take to improve gut health
