I know I do. I spent a decade of my life doing my best to control every bite of food I ate with countless diets and disordered eating habits. I struggled so much and eventually hit ‘diet bottom’, and decided once and for all that I had to change.
My quest to rebuild trust in my body and find peace with food led me to become a Registered Dietitian and an Intuitive Eating Counselor. And now, it’s my mission to help you do the same.
